Problems with IAC in a Domain!!

Hello

i have bouth IAC 3 days ago and i want to buy 12 more licenses to install in my office.i have installed 1 i buy and my settings are allow only the website i want and make a list of websites i want to let them watch.
iam using Windows 7 32bits and inside a domain.
I already test everything and realy dont work.
Can anyone help to resolve this?
this program dont work inside a Domain??
