Folder Vault 2.0 Hack Prevention

I am running FV 2.0 in Windows 7 and the hack prevention features do no seem to function at all. Incorrect passwords are not logged, you can enter an unlimited amount of incorrect passwords without failing the "3 tries" value, and if you enter the password incorrectly then simply X out of the program it does not go back into Stealth mode. I tried this on 2 separate machines (both Windows 7) with the same results. Is there a setting I am missing that is causing this? Or Is there a patch or update to correct this?
